Property Manager Position:

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and  energetic Property Manager to manage a portfolio of up to 150 properties.

  • No leasing
  • No trust accounting or month end processing
  • No routine inspections
  • No lease renewals
  • No management renewals
  • No  business development

You will be working alongside energetic, driven and supportive peers who are all working towards the same goal. We believe our Property Managers should deliver outstanding customer service to all their clients to build strong relationships.

Skills/ duties required: 

  • Liaise with owners & tenants
  • Arrange property maintenance
  • Rent arrears management
  • Conduct property condition reports
  • Conduct final bond inspections
  • Manage rent reviews
  • Manage incoming, outgoing calls & emails in a timely manner

Salary Package:

$60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
